Multi-Axis Testers

Multi-axis testing systems provide the ability to more closely simulate the real-life performance of various parts and components. These systems are designed to apply forces  and deformations in more than one axis.

These cruciform testing systems are designed with a load capacity up to 250 kN and are capable of performing multi-axial tests on various materials and components. The 8800 model is quipped with the advanced features of the 8800 digital controller, Console Software and the unique, fatigue-rated Instron Dynacell™ load cells.

These servohydraulic fatigue testing machines are ideal for performing a variety of fatigue and dynamic tests, as well as static tests. All of these fatigue testing systems are equipped with the advanced features of the 8800 digital controller, Console Software and the unique, fatigue-rated Instron Dynacell load cells. WaveMatrix Dynamic Testing Software provides the backbone for running many fatigue tests.

ElectroPuls™ systems use patented linear motor technology to offer slow-speed static testing and high-frequency dynamic fatigue testing with hundreds of Hertz capability. Running from only a single-phase electrical connection to the wall, ElectroPuls systems are dynamic testing machines that do not have the environmental impact of conventional servohydraulic technologies.
