Customers Experiencing Bluehill Software Issues, Please Read Below

In the middle of April, Microsoft released their Windows updates for the month. Some of those updates have caused Bluehill 1, 2 and 3 to crash. Bluehill Universal was not affected.

As a temporary fix, we had instructed Bluehill 1, 2 and 3 users to uninstall some of the April updates which were identified as being the root cause in most cases. Other Bluehill update and upgrade options also exist for fixing these issues.

As a direct response to the issues experienced with these updates, we have been in contact with Microsoft support. Microsoft has responded by providing a patch in their May Security updates, which were released on May 9, 2017. The following updates should be installed based on the Operating System in use.

Any Bluehill 1, 2 and 3 users who are still experiencing issues related to the April Windows updates are advised to install May Security updates. It is recommended that your IT departments assist with this update.
